Lead Time & Cargo Pickup

We Always Get Everything Done Efficiently!
- Production time depends on several factors, such as current capacity levels, order sizes and raw materials availablity. Normally it takes 2-3 weeks for us to manufacture and package an average order of 1,000 pieces of medium-sized reels.
- Transit time depends on several factors, such as individual customer's location, the vessel schedules and port congestion levels. It normally takes about 30 days from Shanghai (our port) to major international destinations, such as NYC and about 20 days to Long Beach, CA.
- Lead time, including production and transportation is about 45-50 days after the purchase order is confirmed. Please use this as the average lead time for your inventory planning purposes. As always, we work closely with our customers to accommodate their individual lead time needs.
We Can Ship the Cargo to Your Nearest City!
- Transit Routes: The products will travel from our factory to your nearest metropolitan area. For example, if your facility is in Ohio, the shipment first arrives in Los Angeles port by sea, then from LA to Cincinnati area forwarder's warehouse by rail.
- Cargo Pickup: Your broker needs to clear the customs before you can pick up the cargo at the forwarder's warehouse. You can either dispatch your own truck or hire another party to transport the cargo from the warehouse to your facility or any locations designated by you.
- Import assistance: We understand that not every business is familar with all the import procedures so we are always glad to help! By working closely with our customer from the very beginning, we always make sure the cargo travel smoothly and everything will be delivered in good shape in a timely fashion!
